Because the products are digital and can be downloaded immediately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the extra purchase.

2. Non-Delivery: If your software key is not delivered within the stated delivery time, please contact our support team.

3. Technical Issues: If your activation key does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued.

Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases after 7 days.

• Refunds will not be issued if the software key has already been successfully activated.
